My dear DEAR Oscar, the day has come for you to turn 9

And I couldn't be prouder to say that you are all ALL mine! 

You are the cutest little guy the lord could have ever sent my way

And no matter what the disappointment, I always consider you the blessing of my day! 

I could go on forever about all the ways you make my life complete

Your beautiful little hugs and smiles alone are oh so very sweet! 

You are a kind, gentle, intelligent, and insightful young man

To help make your life happy, wholesome, and complete is my plan!

I am far, FAR from a perfect mother, but I know I love you so

And Ill be here for you as long as I have life, and even from heaven, just so you know.

Everyday that I live I do it so that I can bring love to your little life

In return, you love me back, and this is how I know I'm doing something right! 

For the past 9 years you have brought smile after smile to my chunky mommy face

And before that you brought stretch marks to my tummy that will most likely never erase! 

But its okay, because I love you and these are the marks to show

That I am the proud mother of Oscar, and I want the whole world to know!
